  After CRA signed the banquet contract, the hotel came under new ownership with new managers and new policies.
  
  Unfortunately, the hotel required a final meal count on August 16th for this event, so late registration will not include a lunch.
  
  Accordingly, the late registration fee was reduced to $30. Please make arrangements to provide your own lunch.
